A Few Pictures

I finally downloaded some pictures. The two of my growing belly are from 4/21 and 4/22...clothing must make a difference from day to day, one belly pic looks way bigger than the other, but there it is! The other two are of Kale and Reese during Mighty Might weekend. Reese would not turn around and look at me and Kale is a goof ball! Our next doctor's appointment is on May 5th or rather Cinco de Mayo, where I will have the glucose test done, I am hoping one day soon they send back in for ultrasound pictures, but I guess we will all be waiting to see the baby until that day comes. For now, enjoy!

Also, Chris and I are starting to work on our wedding thank you's, slowly. Maybe we will get them out by our one year anniversay, I hope sooner, but we shall see. Until then please know we recieved all of your wonderful gifts, and we really appreciate each one!

Latest Dr.'s Visit

Well, we had another Dr.'s visit today. Everything went well, but we didn't get any pictures done this time, so I guess you will just have to wait, sorry! Good news though, the baby looks good, sounds good, and overall everthing is good! My next doctor's apointment which is a month from now, we will have to do the glucose screening. Which, they gave me this awful looking drink to drink before I come in, so that we are able to take blood test at the Dr.'s office. I am not looking forward to that, but I've got to get it done.

This past week, the weather has been freaky. All the snow was well on its way to melting and then all the sudden Monday morning we wake up to fresh snow, which decided to continue on until Tuesday. Now, finaly, we are back to sunny skies and melting snow. Let's just hope the "spring time" weather sticks this time.

I hope everyone had a good Easter. I did take a few pictures of the kids having an Easter egg hunt, I'll try and get some of those up this weekend. Until then, have a great weekend!

Last Week & Weekend

I realised it has been awhile since I last posted something on the blog. I don't have any recent pictures, but I figured I could at least fill you all in on our lives for the past week.

Last weekend, we went to Girdwood for the Brian Russell Memorial race (Brian was a friend of mine who passed away when we were 16). The race is a costume/fun race and this year there were 120 racers! It was awesome. I got to see some friends I haven't seen since our wedding and some others I haven't seen since last years race, it was great reconnecting!

We also got to see Kale and Reese race in Mighty Might weekend. Kale's last big races of the season. And Reese got to participate in her first race ever. Kale skied really well and had a lot of fun and Reese suprised us all and ended up in 4th overall, 2nd in the girls! They both ripped up the mountain!

Monday, I got to see Courtney and Amrita and their kids. Amrita 8 months pregnant and is looking great and Courtney look awesome for just having her son Connor on February 17th. You may remember her from wedding pictures. We went baby shopping and they schooled me on all the things I will need to get and the items that work better than others.

For the remainder of the time we've had, we've been cracking down on getting the house all organized. Chris and I switched our back bedroom around and the living room around. And we have started to tackle the babies room, slowly but surely we will get it all ready for baby! I must say though, we did pretty good on the two rooms we got organized so far, but man it takes longer than you think it would, we have too much stuff. I finally decided that I am going to part with all my old prom/birdesmaides dresses and give them to good will, which cleared up quite a bit of room in the babies closet!

Ok, that was our week so far. I will fill you all in more and hopefully post pictures soon!
